Skill Development Zones

• Multi-sport Space – indoor equipped for various sports.

• Technique Stations Areas - dedicated to sport specific drills, complete with video analysis tools to enhance skills and techniques.

Strength & Conditioning

• Weightlifting Area – Equipped with squat racks, olympic barbells, benches, free weights, tailored for performance training.

• Functional Training Space – A zone with tools like kettlebells, medicine balls, agility ladders, plyo box’s and suspension trainers, promoting overall body strength and conditioning.

• Sprinting Track – Indoor 20m running track with sprint lanes for acceleration and sprint work including obstacles for plyometrics and agility training.

Energy Systems Training Area

• Aerobic Capacity Zone – Cardio equipment including curved treadmills, air bikes, bike ergs, skiergs, rowers, with heart rate monitors for tailored aerobic conditioning.

• Anaerobic Capacity Zone – High–intensity interval training stations equipped with battle ropes, and plyometric boxes for explosive strength and power development.

Wrestle Room

A soft padded wrestle area can be used to safely practice and refine techniques across various sports such as wrestling, martial arts, judo and rugby, allowing athletes to improve their skills while minimising the risk of injury.

Recovery & Rehabilitation Zone

• Physiotherapy suites – Spaces staffed by certified sports therapists for injury prevention, treatment, and performance rehabilitation.

• Recovery Management – Hot and cold therapy with Sauna and Ice bath

Nutrition and Education Hub

• Nutritional Education Workshops

Mental Performance and Well-being Hub

• Spaces equipped with tools for mental conditioning, including visualisation, focus training, and mindfulness techniques

Technology Integration

• Utilise performance metrics and analytics to track athletes progress over time, identify strengths and areas for improvement and adjust programme accordingly.

Community and collaboration Spaces

• Lounge areas – comfortable spaces where athletes & trainers can relax, network, and build community, fostering a positive training environment.
